I had a great experience with David and BJ’s optical The selection was great and David’s helpful expertise guided me to choose the right glasses. Also getting a second pair for free was an added bonus! Excellent selection, service and price-I highly recommend them!
The entire team was extremely helpful and proactive. Lens and frame were completed on time and we're well made. The manager was exceptional. He was well informed, sharing information. Seemed like the kinda of boss I would value as a leader. And he was very helpful helping me choose the right solutions. An outstanding experience.from.start to finish.
Had to get new lenses covered by warranty. Received text within expected time frame, went to BJs yesterday and they put in the new lenses (and replaced the nose pads on my frames) within 15 minutes and it was all at no charge. Really appreciated the customer service.
If I could rate the website's online service, I would give it a zero. The website doesn't work, the prescription doesn't load, and customer support does nothing to try to solve the problem. This is a huge lack of care. I recommended 4 friends to go there for consultations and to buy glasses from you, and honestly... The website attendant asked me for the doctor's number and name to confirm the prescription, even though she could have tried to verify it herself, since she works for the company. In short, a zero for everything, except for the service from consultant Laura.
Amazing service!!!! Laura made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, she’s fantastic!! How many times have you heard someone say that about an eye exam huh? The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have and will continue to recommend the Framingham optical team to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. Looking forward to my next exam!!!
