I have been a customer with SVS as well as my spouse for 6 years. If I am not happy with my frames in my 45 day window Billy and Tracy are always friendly and understanding. They say (we want you to be happy with your glasses’) They both are fantastic ladies. I am picky on my glasses and have a certain style I like, if I am not happy they always come through in assuring I get frames I’m most happy with. That is real customer service!

Warning!!! Do not Go There, I brought my glasses back in for a refund, they set on my cheeks and didnt fit me. I was given a partial refund, but the other was on a credit card from my Ins company, They put in writing they would mail me a check because the card was expired., I have that typed and signed by the manager at Vision works. I called all week and I couldnt get them to answer until today, This was so underhanded. They are not for the customer , I lost $281.71 that they refuse to refund me, She said they put it back on the card and they already knew the card was expired.

The best experience for eye care. Billie is great at the desk. Friendly and helpful with a smile. Traci is affable, knowledgeable on costs and insurance, and helped me to pick out the right frames, all with a warm personality. Thank you!

This is easily the best eye care I have ever had. We had to rework the material and the prescription slightly all at no cost. The staff is helpful and kind. Their frame selection had great looking options for my big head. They took my insurance and tried their best to lower my costs when possible. Their warranty is well worth it for someone that breaks glasses often.

The ladies that work.There are always very nice inviting and very helpful. Here lately, they're never open.I left work early today to pick up my glasses and the doors are locked again. This has happened to me multiple times please.Hire more people and stay open til 6 like your door says..
