I've never had glasses. Never needed them until recently. Walked in not knowing what to do or expect. The girl that signed me in was super sweet and efficient. The pre test and Dr was great and quick. And the lady who helped me with my frames and glasses was very kind and made it comfortable. Great experience and place over all.
I went in on 5/13/26. I was a walk-in as I had no appointment. From the moment I walked in until I left was amazing. Every person was professional and polite. From the front desk to testing to ordering. A special shout out to the lady that took my order. Before she called my name she already looked up my insurance coverage and had my options ready for discussion. It was the easiest visit I have ever had. No pressure sales. I already knew what I wanted and while we discussed other options she never once pressured me to buy more. Highly recommend this place.
So kind and very helpful! Adriana was very nice and helpful when I was browsing frames and even took extra time to help me figure out which lenses would be best for me. My optometrist was very nice as well as the pre test ladies. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. I look foward to going here every year!
From the moment I started my visit, Kristina M. was friendly and kind, making me feel comfortable right away. The staff member (i feel horrible i cant remember her name) who did my pre-screening was also amazing—very patient and understanding, especially with my usual issues during the air puff test. Dr. Utley (sp?) was incredible. Honestly, if I had seen her during my previous visit, I wouldn’t have waited almost three years to come back. At the front, I had the pleasure of meeting Maggie B., who was sweet, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience was 1000 times better than my past visits. I used to dread going, but this time it felt warm and personal, like the small, welcoming eye doctor offices I remember from my childhood. Truly a wonderful experience!
Everything was fine, Dr. and associates were great. But policy where I pay upfront leave my glasses and store renounces any responsibility if they are lost or broken and still keep my initial funds is beyond comprehension. I likely will find a different outlet next time.
