Dr Hoff is hands down the best Eye dr!She gets right to the point & had us in and out fast even with my son being difficult. Appreciate her & the staff tons for that. The whole staff is always friendly like everyone who comes in are family and i love that. Definitely recommend this location!
I can't express enough how amazing this entire team is. We absolutely love them. Both of my twins needed glasses and svs came highly recommended. We know why! Will not go anywhere else.
Just as they do every year, the local (to adrian) SVS Vision knock it out of the park. The amazing Doctor (that I never seem to remember her name but she has cool hair!) Is fast and friendly. Even when poking you in the eye. The incredible support staff are super friendly and helpful. No pushy sales people. Knowledgeable with the workings of many forms of insurance. For instance, something change with my insurance and the co’pay includes a “two hi-c’s no ice” clause now, they tell me that’s pretty common. Glasses were shipped in a timely manner :-)
If your insurance can handle it, DONT go here. This has been my eye doctor for years, and naturally glasses get lose over time. The last couple years when I’ve brought my glasses in to get adjusted, I left feeling better at first but within a few hours I’d start getting tension headaches - this happened to my last 3 THREE glasses. I went and got my last pair tightened and two days later while I was at work they fell off my face, so I taped the leg. A day after that the other leg fell off. So I went back and bought a new frame, and now these ones are loose and sit at the bottom of nose. So I ask, should I repeat the cycle?
Although the employees were nice, the lens service was lacking. When my glasses arrived, the lens were incorrect. An employee discovered the mistake and shipped the glasses back for lens replacement, a "rush" was put on the replacement lens. However, the "rush" took 2 and a half weeks, a week longer than my original order. I know mistakes happen, but this order took nearly a month to complete. The employees were nice, but the process needs an overhaul. As a result, I will no longer shop with svs.
