I was impressed by the wide array of frames and variety. There was much more selections to choose from than my previous provider, which was refreshing and surprising. The ladies of the branch just put the sprinkles on the cake. Blaise, Alexis, and Kim are informative, intelligent and an asset to people's vision. Dr. Paul is trustworthy and elaborate in his research for your ocular wellbeing. I strongly recommend stopping in for your visual health. You will be thoroughly pleased by your results. No person or people are perfect, so only four stars, but they come pretty close. Personable, pure and professional. 👌🏾👍🏾

Very friendly staff front of house and very professional eye doctor with care and attention to detail (Dr. Brinker). They had exactly the style of replacement frame I was looking for (my current frames are slightly bent and needed replacement).They answered most of my questions, however they did not provide a clear answer to the difference between standard and premium anti-reflective coating. A bit of research led me to the answer, however I feel staff should be very knowledgeable at that subject matter. It turns out since I requested high-index lenses, the AR coating is HIGHLY recommended anyway, so I went with that. The actual reason why I am deducting 1 star is the fact that I booked an appointment days in advance on website, even got the confirmation email and everything, but the front desk said my appointment never entered into their system. Very happy with the service I received Lexi was the best in helping me decide which glasses to buy, the eye Dr. was excellent she explained how my vision was showed me the pictures she took of my eyes would recommend SVS to anyone looking for glasses. Thank you for your great service!

Wonderful staff! While traveling with family, a screw fell out of my daughter's glasses. They fixed it right away and didn't charge a dime! Saved us a massive hassle and made a little girl very happy. Amazing customer service!

I brought my own prescription and ordered glasses. When I got my new glasses they did not work for me. Their on staff eye doctor checked my eyes and concluded the prescription I brought was not for me. They took care of everything. Got another new glasses and they were perfect! Highly recommend. Use their eye doctor for your glasses.
