I had a great experience here! Dr. Sherman was professional and to the point. The staff members Michelle and James were excellent to work with. SVS takes United Healthcare insurance and that makes a big difference to me. They found me a solid pair of glasses according to my specifications quickly and efficiently and I’m looking forward to continuing my vision care with them in the future. Highly recommended A+
Wonderful experience as always with SVS Vision! The staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The selection of frames is great and has grown since my last visit. The doctors etc., are warm and very professional! I got done quickly and my Rx didn't take long at all to come in. Definitely recommend SVS as well as this particular location!
I haven't had an eye appointment in over 2 years and coming here, seeing all the new technology and how things work, was a very effective and efficient way for me to see just how my eyes were! I made an appointment, came in, and everything was done in an hour! Everyone was so lovely and treated me very well, they asked me if I had any questions and my insurance covered my lenses so I am very satisfied! Will definitely be coming back here for my annual eye exams!
The customer service is excellent! My girlfriend broke her glasses and this nice lady named Michelle, was so sweet to us and helped her fix her glasses as soon as she could. The next day we had to do an eye exam and she instantly recognized us! Got to us as soon as she could. Our experience has been truly AMAZING. Thank you Michelle!
They say you only write reviews if you have amazing experience or awful experience. Thankfully my experience was nothing short of amazing. 1st off, limited crowds are nice. There’s no screaming children or angry customers. They have price tags on everything and are very very open about the total cost so you know what you are paying before you sign, which sadly doesn’t happen as much anymore. 2nd off, their knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. The man who helped me and my girlfriend, James, was not only professional, he already knew how the glasses should look and was very open if something looked good on our face or not. Most importantly he let us know exactly how much something would cost. Our budget wasn’t small, but we did have a budget and maintaining the cost well under that was extremely nice. 3rdly, their administration staff/optomotrist aid Michele was extremely nice, welcoming and prompt. A frustration of mine is walking into a store and being ignored by the people who work there. Michele immediately welcomed us and asked how she could help. Finally, if the optometrist isn’t in, they use a virtual optometrist. They get you in, out and on your way in 15-20 minutes. No chit chat about your kids and vacation plans. They understand your time is valuable and treat it with respect while answering any and all questions you may have. Can’t say enough good things about this place and their exceptional customer service and expertise. I will absolutely recommend it to my friends and family and any one else who will listen.
