I went to Swartz Creek Vision Center for the first time today and had an amazing appointment with Dr. Edmonds and Hailey who helped me find the perfect glasses for me! Dr. Edmond was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Hailey was an absolute blast and so, so helpful figuring out my options with me. Overall amazing staff and atmosphere! So so happy to go back for my yearly check-up!
I had an excellent experience at this office! The doctor was exceptional, kind, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything during my exam. The staff were welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. I usually dread picking out glasses, but Paige made the process easy and enjoyable, and thanks to her insight, I found a pair I absolutely love!
I had a great experience getting my eyes examined and picking out new glasses & sunglasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. Alyssa was especially kind and very patient with me and willing to make as many adjustments as needed. Very satisfied.
I went in to see if they would help fix my glasses and Alyssa was wonderful. She has made my glasses so much more comfortable! Thank you so much! I went back 4/26 I ordered new glasses Then had a financial issue come up while paying, they are so willing to work with you no matter what you can pay. Also while I was waiting for my new glasses my old ones were killing me and they put a new nose bridge thing on, OMG, so much better! Best place ever!
