Very efficient, customer friendly, and business like. The staff was helpful. The doctor is very thorough in explaining things. Most thorough I've ever experienced. Also very convenient right off SRT/Hwy 121 near T-Mobile. I went on July 25th for an eye exam.
Great eye doctor. My son and I came in for vision exams, and both the front staff and Dr. Jeong were accommodating. It was my son’s first time getting his eyes checked, and they made it so easy. Plus, the office was clean and efficient. I’ll be back next year for another eye exam! Highly recommend.
First time here and loved the experience! Front desk, medical assistants and Dr. Jeong are super friendly and helped answered any questions that I had. I moved from a different area and will be a returning customer. I'm glad I found my new eye doctor!
I cannot say enough about my experiences at both the Prosper and The Colony locations and their teams. They’ve been accommodating in urgent situations and very kind in all interactions. Both doctors I’ve seen were very thorough in their evaluations and recommendations, and they are personable and put you at ease. The technicians do a wonderful job as well. As a patient that works in healthcare, I’d gladly recommend this group!
I have been to so many optometrists in the McKinney, Frisco, Plano area and NONE of them have compared to Switalski Eye Care! The staff is amazing! From check in to check out, I was super comfortable and well informed about everything going on! I typically do not leave reviews, but felt it was necessary because this was my first impression and it was WONDERFUL!!
