If you’re looking for an exceptional optometrist, I can’t recommend Dr. Kim Bertrand highly enough. I was seen on time, she conducted a thorough exam, and explained each step clearly and thoughtfully. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making the appointment feel rushed. She also provided several contact lens samples, which I really appreciated. Beyond her expertise, she has a great vibe - warm, genuine, and easy to talk to which made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Bertrand to anyone seeking exceptional, personalized eye care.

Dr Kimberly Bertrand was excellent! She explained each procedure when performed. . Also, she was very transparent in letting me know the exact condition of my eyes as we went along. Excellent Service!!!

I had a great experience at my appointment! Everyone was friendly, the office was super clean, and the equipment seemed more modern than what I’ve seen at other eye doctor offices. Dr. Kimberly Bertrand was great too! She was kind and helpful with my questions. I like the office location too, right across from Starbucks, so you can grab a coffee on your way out. Highly recommend!
