I had a wonderful session with Dr. Mital Patel! She was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire visit was smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. Highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for exceptional eye care. I can see clearly now!
The staff were all friendly. They got me in and out at a reasonable time frame. The doctor was very informative. Very clean environment. Reasonable cost even without insurance.
The doctor and staff were both nice and knowledgeable. I have not had an eye exam in forever and I chose them because they were in my insurance Network for my $0 eye exam. When I am done they said I owe $39. They should be telling patients up front that there will be a charge. We pay insurance for a free exam each year. I will never be going back to this Dr charging things that were not known about. I had stated when I went in it was for my free yearly exam. I think they should tell patients about any charges beforehand
This was one of the best eye exams that I have ever had! Dr. Patel and her team were amazing! They were professional, prompt, and very engaging! It was a state of the art exam and they handed me my prescriptions on my way out! Great experience!
I last visited this place a year ago and the doctors were nice. However the reason i gave it a 3 star is because I keep getting overdue messages. Will probably not book with them again.
