Switalski Eye Care PLLC

This was my first visit. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous! They greeted me with a smile. 😃 The cursory exam performed by the staff was the most thorough exam I had ever been given. The overall exam, performed by Dr. Sidhu, was thorough! She inquired as to my medical history and listened patiently as I answered. She was pleasant to around and made me feel totally relaxed. I will be going back, when necessary.

The staff is phenomenal, even the turn over through the years. They always call and text to remind me it’s time to check my eyes which is usually pretty low on the priority list. They are thorough, answer questions clearly, and make the whole process of losing eyesight as comfortable as it can be. If you’re opposed to high sales, low personal attention and dread the optometrist like the dentist, then Switalski is an excellent option!

Dr. Sidhu was super nice and highly attentive to my questions. My visit with her felt very thorough and I left the appointment feeling much more informed about taking care of my eyes. Front desk staff were also pleasant and made the check-in process smooth. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent experience - the technicians were extremely friendly and accommodating and the doctor was amazing, clearly quite expert but also willing to listen to my concerns and provide answers which made sense. Couldn’t be happier with the visit.

My experience here was awesome. These ladies are gentle and communicate well. They truly care. I haven’t had contacts before and they helped me put them in and take them out.
