I’ve been going Sylvan Family Eyecare for years now and the doctors and the staff are always amazing. Both Dr. Wongs are thorough with your eye exams and provide the utmost care for your eye health. Lawrence (optical technician) is super helpful in picking out your eye glass frames and makes sure it fits you perfectly. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your eye care needs.
Dr. Wong, My daughter has seen Dr. Wong for one year as part of her Ortho K treatment. When we first started, we were intimidated about the process and didn’t know how to put in the contact lenses and take them off. He showed her step-by-step and after a few days, she was able to do it by herself. He treats my daughter like an adult which gave her the confidence to do things by herself. She feels very comfortable during each appointment! We would recommend Dr Wong to anyone starting Ortho K.
We are beyond thrilled with the results my daughter has had seeing Dr. Wong for ortho-k lenses over the past year. As a competitive swimmer, she used to think the bottom of the pool was just hazy—she had no idea how clear it was actually supposed to look until she started this treatment. Dr. Wong made the whole process seamless and tailored to her needs. He was thorough in explaining our options and highly hands-on in adjusting the treatment plan to find the perfect fit. What a great place to get glasses. I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection and the reasonable prices. Laurence spent over an hour with my son going over all the options. She was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. No need to go the mall and get rushed. Highly recommend this place if you need glasses especially if you live in the area.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Wong for over four years for my daughter’s Ortho-K lenses, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly attentive and thorough—never missing a single detail in her care. Dr. Wong is also very easy to communicate with, both for me as a parent and for my daughter, and he always takes the time to answer every question we have.
