Shay was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, helpful, personable and was a complete joy to work with. She knew the "ins and outs" of our insurance and the specials that were available. She is an excellent asset to Visionworks as she was a great salesperson. She took her time with us to make sure we understood the particular glasses and the ability to have all of our lens options applied to the shape of the glasses. She advised on what would work and what would not with the particular glasses. She was pleasant and quite fun! I am not a fan of prescription glass shopping as I am very picky and well usually never find what I like. She was not pushy nor did she hover. She let me do what I needed and offered her professional opinion when I needed. Shay made the entire experience enjoyable. She is definitely a keeper!

Very pleased with my experience. The associate verified my insurance benefits to ensure I would know all of my options with coverage and without. Complimented the frames I picked out. Told me about the options for my lenses. Walked me through the understanding of transition lens. Reassured me that if I am not pleased after 100 days that I can get the film removed from the lenses. I liked seeing my savings. Associate was extremely personable, professional, and easy to communicate with.

We have been going to Visionworks for years. They have akways been awesome. The staff is always nice and welcoming. They explain the options available at the time. They give you space to take your time looking at the frames and answer any questions you might have. The quality of the service and products are the best.
