I've been with Tallahassee Eye Center for many years and have always received exceptional care. Dr. Whaley ensures my eyes stay healthy while refining my prescription and offering creative solutions. Jennifer in the eye glass center is the very best out there. She's an expert on the available frames, stays fully engaged for as long as you need, gladly tries different things and shares her opinion on what looks best on you. I have been a patient at Tallahassee Eye Center with Dr. Rebecca Lassley for approximately three years, and I continue to be impressed by the exceptional level of care and service provided by the entire staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Lassley is an outstanding eye doctor who takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Her personable approach creates an experience that feels both professional and personal. I would also highly recommend their eyeglass center, especially Jennifer Waller. Over the years, I have purchased numerous pairs of glasses with her assistance, and I have been extremely pleased with every selection. I regularly receive compliments on my glasses, and Jennifer’s expertise and attention to detail have made the process enjoyable every time. Went in this morning for a standard eye appointment as I haven't been checked in probably ten years. Super clean facility, super friendly staff and not rude like a lot of offices. Everything was very straight forward and easy. Dr. Lassley was awesome! Super knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. This office is completely different and better than Eye Associates. This will be my new go to eye care office. Thanks!

Staff were friendly and professional. Appointment started about 10 minutes after scheduled time. Assistant was very courteous and proficient. Doctor was wonderful and did a thorough examination, answering all my questions. She took the time to actually walk me out to the check-out. Great experience overall.

This was my first visit as a new patient and I was very pleased. The staff was very attentive and timely and I was actually in the room before my appointment time. Everything went smoothly with the different tests and their experience and thoroughness was apparent. Dr. Hough was excellent! She was patient and thorough with my eye exam and listened to my concerns to help me get exactly the right type of contacts for me based on our conversation and her recommendations. Thank you again.
