I was shopping at Target and my glasses needed several adjustments to fit better so I stopped in the Optical Department and Steve took the time and patience to refit my glasses for me. It took several adjustments and Steve did an excellent job in solving my issues. He was kind and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate to return to Target Optical if the need arises. Tom Cunningham
Best customer service ever!! I have really bad vision and my lenses usually take forever to arrive. My glasses were ready in 5 days. Everything about the service here was easy from the care provided by the Castro family, to the fitting with the DnD tattoo guy, and the final check out with Steve. They are probably the friendliest folks I have interacted with in decades. Thank-you! I will be going here from now on.
Clarissa was knowledgeable, very helpful, and pleasant, giving me clear options. She understood why my current lenses deteriorated, which was impressive. She also assisted in fixing an insurance issue. I highly recommend her and her office stuff inside the Super Target.

Yesterday, we went to Target Optical at 7th Street and Bell Rd to get new glasses. Steve provided us with exceptional service. He was very personable and answered all questions we asked. He was patient and offered us ample time to make decisions. Most of all, he wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our purchases. Thank you.
