Dr. Bui and Brianna were both phenomenal. They answered all my questions and were eager to help me. My experience in Target Optical was a great one and I’m happy to refer anyone I know. Everything was fast and efficient from the beginning to the end. Will be returning.

Rosario was super easy to work with, I was super comfortable and she made everything easy ! I had went in before to pay for my moms contacts and they had quoted my mom over 500 dollars when I went in with Rosario she started trying out different promotions and saved us over 100 dollars. Since then I made sure to make my appointment with her and told my husband it’s time for his first pair since she would help us save and she did again ! Optometrist was also very nice and got us done in quick even with our baby there they made us feel comfortable. Will definitely come here again for the rest of my appointments and would recommend everyone else to go !

God awful experience. Arrived a few minutes late to glares from the staff to the male employee refusing to take his eyes off my wife’s butt. Disgusting. I was told they refused to see me and told me angrily I had to reschedule, but they didn’t have anything open and just shrugged. Never have I felt more objectified or disgusted leaving an optical facility let alone a target optical. After they refused service they just went back to sitting around gossiping glaring at us, while we looked at frames. I will never be back. I will warn everyone to not go here as I have family that had been attending for 15 years but not anymore after this experience. The whole staff needs extensive training and I hope anyone reading this heeds my words and goes to ANY other optical center unless you enjoy being objectified and harassed. Target in Ventura is much much much more welcoming. 0/5
