Dr. KANETA and the staff are truly friendly, patient, and thoughtful. They worked to put me at ease and took time to provide thorough explanations of their tools, tests, and results. I’m extremely happy and recommend this office and the doctor.
My wife’s sunglasses was missing a screw on one of her temples and we stopped by Target Optical to get an eyeglass repair kit. Vincent was working the desk and spent 30 min switching out several screws until he found the right size. He is very meticulous and efficient. He also did not charge us for his work. I appreciate Spark optometry! I have been having services from them for years since my local optometry options weren’t to standard. They are so worth the travel. This was amazing, they were able to fit me in on the same day I found them. Reasonable prices for the exams and Dr. Zhang gave expert guidance and advice to what I had heard before. Anita was very helpful in my search for frames and provided validation for the frames I liked but not in like a “sales/you have to buy these” type of manner. Overall, would recommend for your yearly eye exams.
Dr. So was great, it was my first eye exam with her and she was very informative and helpful. It was also my first contact lens exam and I was able to go home with some trial lenses, she also fit in some time to train me a bit on how to use them before her next appointment arrived :)
