Annie at Target Optical provided truly exceptional customer service. She was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive while helping me navigate ongoing challenges with my vision insurance. She took the time to price out multiple options, explain what made the most sense, and help me find the most economical path forward. I especially appreciated how thoughtful and nonjudgmental she was in helping me understand the learning curve that can come with eye care as we age. She made what could have been a stressful and confusing process feel manageable, accessible, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for her professionalism, warmth, and outstanding support.
