I have been using the Waterford location for several years and have never had a bad experience. Kathy, the associate who has been helping me for several years is outstanding. Her combination of technical expertise and her genuine care for my vision is what makes me returning whenever I need glasses or even some minor adjustments. Kathy is very knowledgeable will sure I am pleased with my choice of glasses before I leave the store. She is very personable and I appreciate that she remembers me and calls me by my name. I have observed her working with other individuals and her approach as always been friendly and patient. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and the people she comes in contact with. The team at Target Optical was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right frames. They took the time to review my past challenges with glasses, looked up my history, and made sure this order was as accurate as possible. My prescription isn’t simple, but they walked through what had worked, and what hadn’t, to avoid repeating previous issues. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely warm demeanor made the entire experience outstanding.

Donna is incredible! She really takes the time to help you find the best glasses to suit you and that make you feel comfortable and confident! She is a true gem, Target Optical is incredibly lucky to have her, and Kathy, on their team! Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience getting glasses for my daughter here. They took there time with her and explained everything to me and what was best for her regarding the lenses and all the different styles. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I highly suggest them!
