I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical! Greg and his team are truly kind, friendly, and professional. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to ensure everything went smoothly. The doctor was excellent, and the entire eye exam process was comfortable and thorough. Greg and his team were especially helpful when it came to choosing the right sunglasses. They patiently explained my options and helped me select a pair that suited both my needs and my insurance coverage. It's rare to find such genuine customer care these days. I’m extremely happy with my visit and highly recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for great eye care and outstanding service. Thank you, Greg and team, for making this such a positive experience!

Went today for my appointment. Poor customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes I left. Person after person was helped right in front of me. I understand being busy. But what good is an appointment? Myself and my family will go elsewhere for our eye appointment and glasses.

I stopped by Target Optical to get my glasses repaired, and Christen was fantastic. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. She quickly fixed my glasses on the spot and also took the time to answer my questions about new frames and the new Meta smart glasses. Excellent customer service, Thank You, Christen!
