I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical! From the moment I walked in, Andrea was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Andrea made the entire process—from checking in to picking out my glasses—easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great customer experience!

Linda was amazing! She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and did an excellent job following up and making sure everything was taken care of. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Linda exceeded my expectations. Our family was unexpectedly rerouted to the Sioux City area this weekend for a family emergency and both my husband and my son ended up needing assistance with their contacts. Not only were we thrilled to find this location open on Memorial Day, Linda was incredibly kind and helpful! As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that working on a holiday isn’t always fun. However, Linda not only helped us she went above and beyond! I am so appreciative!

Andrea and Linda are some of the nicest people I know. They know exactly how to help you, their customer service is beyond exemplary, and in general they are just AWESOME!!! 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs Glasses, contacts, or sunglasses to them.
