The staff at Korver Eyecare is awesome! I visited them to request a redo on a pair of lenses. Anita, Jill, Connie, Niki, and Kristal are excellent opticians!! They were very friendly and great listeners to solve some lens issues. I would recommend this office to anyone needing eye exams or new glasses or sunglasses!!
Korver eye care is absolutely the best ophthalmologist in the Siouxland area. Dr. Broderson is very professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff is AMAZING and went absolutely above and beyond to help me get my 1 year old daughter in good frames, and gave me amazing advice on the best lenses possible for her high prescription. I am overly impressed with them, as they were extremely patient, and helpful. (With her, and myself). Can I give 10 stars? :)
Dr acted like I was wasting his time and all but shoved me out the door. Made me feel very small. I will not be returning.
My eye suddenly started hurting, was red and light sensitive one day. I called Korver’s to get it examined. They told me to go to urgent care instead. I went to urgent care and was given drops for an infection. After a couple of days vision in that eye started getting blurry. A couple more days and it had not gotten any better. Urgent care told me to go see an optometrist as they were unable to diagnose further. Dr. Lefeber in Sergeant Bluff was able to work me in in between appointments. Turns out I have uveitis, inflammation inside of my eye. So instead of initially going to an optometrist and getting an urgent, proper diagnosis and treatment that was needed I spent several days on an ineffective treatment and developed blurry vision while on the incorrect treatment. My eye looks and feels much better now after only 1 day thanks to Dr. Lefeber, but the blurry vision has yet to go away, and it potential have been avoided altogether had I been given proper advice to begin with.
I went to Korver Eye Care for many years and then had LASIK so no longer need their services. My eyes started to change and I went somewhere else because of insurance and they were not able to give me the level of service and expertise that Korver and Dr. Brodersen. They are amazing at what they do and I won’t go anywhere else.
