I was so displeased with Chi Chi during my visit at this Walmart vision center . The whole time she was so condescending and disrespectful to her other colleagues. She even went out of her way to say she was surprised that I had enough money to buy a pack of lens wipes

By far the greatest experience I’ve had with vision care. Dr. Nelson was so kind and patient with me. I asked her a bunch of questions about what she was doing during my eye exam, and the science behind it. She happily answered all my questions. Every staff member I had contact with was kind, personable, and patient. No one made me feel rushed. I can’t say enough good things about Walmart Vision and Glasses on Singing Hills Blvd, especially Dr. Nelson. Other clinics should take training classes from you!

The eye center has gone down hill since the new manger took over. She hangs up on you because you can not understand her, your glasses are in but they do not contact you.

Amazing! The staff and Drs are very helpful and kind. I called this morning and Risty(Rusty?) Had already put my insurance information in so I didn't have to wait! Great job guys!
