Maddy and Aurora and Doc Rodriguez were soooo helpful for me today. Doc was thorough explaining all the details to me and the girls did what they could to help me with pricing and quickly! I literally sat down for 1 minute before they got me started. Called this morning and they got me in! I was literally done with the entire process in under an hour. Ty Girls!
Lisa at Target Optical Lemont was wonderful- she took the time to help me even though I showed up 30 mins before closing time- she answered all my questions and helped me find the best coupon for my purchase - she didn’t rush me at all - I love the 2 pairs of glasses I chose and can’t wait till they arrrive
I liked the actual optometrist, but everything else has been terrible. I went a year ago and the employee insisted that she applied my insurance and it was barely covering any of the frame. I tried on LensCrafters and got my real insurance discount. Now a year later, I am being inundated with texts, calls, emails, and a physical letter saying that they made an appointment for me and asking me to confirm. I’ve had to opt out of everything individually to make them stop. I’m never going back.
This is hands down the best optometry office I have ever visited. My little brother and I both had our appointments here and I was overall highly satisfied with the service we were provided. Aurora took care of my pretesting, she took the time to go over my insurance coverage for the visit which I appreciated. She was very patient with my little brother explaining what each machine did and letting him feel the puff of air on his hand for the pressure check to make him less scared. My exam was handled by Dr Rodriguez, she was so kind and knowledgeable. I had multiple questions regarding seeing floaters as well as the complexity of my younger brother's vision issues and by the end of my visit I felt very confident about how my questions were answered. I was helped by Yvette while purchasing glasses and she was amazing making sure I was getting the best deal! She was also highly knowledgeable on the specifications of frames and glasses and helped me pick a pair I could feel confident in. The whole process was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back to them for my next visit.
