Target Optical

I had an excellent experience at Target Optical thanks to Uly! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He also helped me find the perfect pair of glasses without making me feel rushed. His patience and attention to detail really stood out, and he made the experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and quality eye care, I highly recommend asking for Uly at Target Optical!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Targe Optical location. I called twice to cancel my contact lens order, but my cancellation request was still not processed. I was very clear about warning to cancel the order, yet I had to follow up again because it was not taken care of. I understand that mistakes can happen , but having to call multiple times to get a simple cancellation processed was very frustrating. i hope the store can improve its communication and follow-through with customers.

Had a wonderful experience with Linda at Target Optical in Champaign. My brand new Randolph sunglasses lost one nose piece cushion. After trying two sunglass stores and LensCrafters (who only repair items purchased from them, even though they sell the product), I tried Target Optical. Linda had them fixed within a few minutes. Thank you Linda!!! Now I can wear them, comfortably. Don’t waste your time, go to Target Optical.

I’ve used Target Optical for several years; glasses, contacts, sunglasses, and repairs. Always friendly, helpful, and timely. Sandy is great to work with !

Pretty great place for specs. We had a loose spec and the front lady there was super nice to tighten it in no time.
