Thank you so much for the contact lenses. We forgot to pack ours for our weekend trip, and you truly saved us. You were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We really appreciate your kindness and generosity. We hope everything goes well for you, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you again so much!

I want to first say Christopher and Katie are helpful and kind but we had a very disappointing experience with the optometrist, Dr. Grace Anosike. The prescription provided was incorrect and caused headaches, watery eyes, discomfort, and a zoomed-in effect from the first day. During the follow-up appointment with her, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed and we were told the prescription was correct and there was nothing wrong with it, despite the symptoms. No real effort was made to address the issue which is so unprofessional and irresponsible. Another doctor later reviewed the prescriptions, acknowledged there was a difference between them, and approved a refund of only $30 out of the $90 exam fee.
Thank you so very much for the contact lenses! Our medical stay went beyond the days I had packed for and was fearful that I would need to drive 3.5 hours home to get more! . I was in target for clothes and saw Target optical! Thankfully I had my script and they gave me a free sample pack! Target Optical, you ROCK!
Katherine is extremely nice, patient and understanding and helped me placed order for my contact lenses while i was visiting in town
The doctor is rude and does not listen to you. She prescribed the wrong contact lenses after I told her which ones I used on a daily basis. Honestly, go elsewhere for the experience and accuracy There are so many reviews from two years ago about the same doctor (Dr Grace) and nothing has changed I am concerned that Target allows this level of service in its stores
