Kim was so amazing, she helped me with 100% effort. All the staff is great, minus the occasional manager weirdness we’ll say. I was able to go in and out for my appointment and was able to order my glasses with Kim.
The service was awesome and I was given all the details I needed very quickly for replacing my glasses! It was a quick in-and-out appointment and they responded to me very punctually within a week! I was easily able to go pick up my glasses and everyone that works here is so nice and kind! 100% recommended and I would go back again
Target Optical in Stoughton is great - they are a part of my insurance and carry a great selection of frames, and provide excellent customer service. It’s extremely easy to go and get an exam or just buy glasses, or get them repaired - which is why I was at this location. They are knowledgeable and about your insurance and can look up your coverage - super easy, quick, and located right nearby, and more convenient than going to my doctor’s office - I was in and out within 20 min and can see better again!
Walked in to see if we could schedule an appointment and my husband and I were both able to get exams! Fantastic experience with the optical manager Sherill, Talia and Dr Patel! So glad we stopped in! Customers for life!
Sherrill and others were amazing and provided phenomenal service to me and my son. They were attentive, understanding, and considerate with our situation and glasses needs + wants. We are excited to come back for an eye exam and now been seen at an optical location that not only provides the needed service but cares for they clients.
