Went to pick up glasses twice and both times store was closed even though they are supposed to be open. I called target and they said it's a third party and they make up their own hours. Go elsewhere. They don't answer the phone and I still don't have my glasses.
This Target Optical is conveniently located inside South Shore Plaza, so there is plenty of parking. It is by the beauty area; easy to find once you enter Target. The inside is bright, clean, and organized, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Nguyen will happily answer any questions that you have and get you in and out efficiently while still doing a thorough examination. There is a decent selection of glasses, including sunglasses, and the staff will patiently assist you if you need a second opinion. Overall, the service is great here, and I highly recommend it.
