Teresa was awesome sauce , polite. Bought first contacts was cool for few days , still needed chetersto read. Went back returned contact, treasa help no argument, said ok let's get all done 130 bucks out of pocket. New Armani Glasses are ordered thank you.
Rarely have I posted a negative review but EP Opitical deserves one. First they take unposted lunch time. Arrived at 1:20 closed till 2pm. Waste of my time. Glasses online on EP optical website were not close to they have at the store. Store salesperson seemed totally disinterested. Target has been our go to store for many years. Get your glasses elsewhere. Dang!
I've always been impressed with the quick and friendly service from the Target Optical team. They're willing to talk me through the pricing choices and figure out what works best for me. I'm glad I have them so close to where I live!
Teresa truly went above and beyond- I'm on a roadtrip from colorado and discovered i forgot my contacts, she changed her lunch hour to accommodate when I would be arriving and was quick with giving me a trial pair and ordering additional lenses for me. Teresa was incredibly personable and helpful. I had a great experience- thank you!
