Don and Salma are the best! So helpful and welcoming, not your typical doctor’s office experience with them… (In the best way) lots of laughs and clear communication with what’s going on and what is needed. As well as very insightful insurance tips regarding my own plan which I would not have known otherwise. The kind of people that are there because they actually want to help people.
Don and Gina were so amazing and funny. I truly felt so appreciated as soon as I walked through the door. 10/10 experience Don explained everything in such a detailed way and made everything easy to understand and Gina was so sweet she cleaned and fixed my glasses without me asking. I will absolutely be coming back!
Dr Tao is great! Very no nonsense and really listens to your needs/issues. He quickly identified my need for a stronger prescription and weighed it with my needs/uses. In the shop I dealt with both Salma and Don. If you feel like you would enjoy a gentle but honest approach to what looks good on your face, Salma is your person. Don is no slouch and he really knows his stuff. Overall, a great experience and everything was well explained. I highly recommend this team.
Working with this branch of Target Optical has been the best decision I've made this year. Don, Gina, Salma, and Dr. Tao have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Don helped me find the perfect lenses for both contacts and glasses, at the perfect price. I appreciate his kindness and expertise when communicating with me about how everything works. Highly recommend. Gina is the best!!! She picked out frames that fit my style and size. Helped me figure out my options with insurance and promos available to get the best price. Can't wait to go back to pick up my new glasses. Will definitely be going back.
