Target Optical

I have been getting my son’s glasses from Target Optical in North Brunswick for years, and it’s always a pleasure to come in. Howard has always been incredibly helpful, and today I had the pleasure of meeting Winnie. Winnie and Howard both assisted my son and me with choosing his glasses. They answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything. Their patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service are truly appreciated. Thank you both for consistently providing such a welcoming and positive experience. I highly recommend Target Optical in North Brunswick!

The optical department has wonderful and helpful employees. They allow you to choose your look and provide suggestions and/or guidance if needed. Amila was very. Ice and helpful. I came in for an eye exam and was disappointed by the doctor’s level of professionalism during my visit. Throughout the appointment, she spoke negatively about the company she works for and even encouraged me to purchase eyewear from Pearl Vision instead. I found these comments inappropriate and unprofessional, especially while representing her employer. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
