Excellent experience at Target Optical. Both Gary and Latisha were so welcoming, helpful and professional. There was a great selection and they helped me find the perfect frame - at a great price too! I will definitely return and highly recommend this team!
Outstanding experience. Dr. Bench is top notch and Gary and Latitia excellent. From selection, to purchase and follow-up service. I got something on my lenses and could not get it off. Stopped in and Gary took care of it promptly for no charge! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my vision care.
Tried this place two years in a row and they can never seem to get my prescription right for glasses or contacts. It is quick, convenient, and reasonably priced, but it's annoying having to go back multiple times trying to make adjustments to my prescription, never having it be completely right, and being told I they will not see me more than twice despite my vision not being corrected like it needs to be. The prescriptions come out feeling about 80%-ish correct and are better than not having a prescription at all, but it's still blurry and strains my eyes, giving me headaches. I've never had this experience of an optician not getting me to 100% correct vision before. They're also not the best at reaching out with phone calls
Very friendly People Gary was wonderful kept me laughing until Dr.Rodman came to do my eye exam.He was Amazing explain everything to me about my eye exam. This will be my new place to get my eye exam. Thank You Guys For Being Amazing& Friendly
Dr. Bench is very thorough in his exams. He also has a vast knowledge about contact lenses. Latisha is an awesome optician. She makes sure the glasses fit perfectly. She takes her time to make sure everything fits well.
