I’ve been going to Target Optical for years, but this year’s visit was especially helpful! Everyone was so kind, but I especially want to recognize Joseph, who truly went above and beyond. He helped us navigate a silly payment situation with so much patience and kindness, and even made sure I got a pink glasses case to match my pink glasses. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it genuinely made my day. Thank you, Joseph, for making the experience so memorable!

The staff at Target Optical/Fairmont Parkway are phenomenal! ALWAYS willing and able to help. Their customer service is the best. I recently went in to select a pair of glasses and Joseph made the process so easy. He was kind, made my family and I feel welcomed & comfortable. He understood our insurance and guided us on how it worked. We have been going to this same optical to get our glasses for at least 5 years now and their kindness is what keeps us coming back. They are doing a great job.
