I have always had a great experience with Target Optical. All of the specialists are knowledgeable and helpful. During my last visit to pick up my new glasses, they went above and beyond—they fixed my sunglasses and even replaced a scratched lens on my other prescription pair that I hadn’t even noticed. I love this Target Optical honestly! Everyone is so nice and the doctor actually listens to you. I went to get my new lenses for my current frame and Stacy was so charming and helpful. She did the switcharoo in less than 5 minutes & made sure my frames fit my face more comfortably! I recommend this store to anyone!

I went to the Lutz Target Optical to ask assistance with ordering new lenses under warranty. Pilar Egan greeted me and was extremely friendly. Pilar helped me process this order. She even replaced the nose pieces on my frames. Thank you very much for consistently being professional and friendly. Highly recommend
Target optical always treats me very well. Unfortunately, My most recent appointmentb took an exceptionally long time. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I didn't get in to see the doctor until noon. He was apologetic, but it was a long time to be sitting. Waiting for a 10 to 15 minute appointment. Hopefully in the future appointments can remain on schedule.
