Target Optical

After filling out a form the receptionist gave me, I waited for 50 minutes. The optometrist then came out into the waiting area and I realized she had not been seeing anybody the whole time as no one had come in or out of the exam room. I said something about my appointment only to find out the assistant/receptionist had not bothered to notify her I was there. The receptionist tried to reschedule me for another day after showing no regret for ignoring me the entire time. Though I was not a new patient, I will not be returning.

I had a great experience. Ms. Milton is courteous and professional. She made shopping for new glasses fast, easy, and fun. I think I may have found my new go-to optical store. Thanks!

Target Optical in Hampton VA employee Al Johnson, Gee, such a congenial person he is. I’ve been a customer here for several pairs of eyeglasses in the past. As I went this time only he was there. Well what a pleasing experience I’ve had with the service.Understanding my needs all throughout the purchase. A few days prior during holiday shopping, I saw Al at his department, I asked his opinion on an item I had questions about, he pointed out something I didn’t see which helped in which one I did buy. I’d say Al is a Great Asset for your company Thank You

I had a very positive experience yesterday while purchasing contacts. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood my options. The process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Al Johnson was professional, patient and thorough. I would recommend Target Optical if you want focused support as you pick out your next pair of glasses.
