I had such a great experience! I really appreciated how well I was taken care of from start to finish. The doctor spent quality time with me, listened carefully, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I’m so grateful for the attention and professionalism — highly recommend!
Had an eye exam, the doctor was nice but Steve felt like a used car salesman when trying to find the right glasses and felt I was overcharged. When it came to getting my glasses it took over a week and they said my glass didn’t meet quality guidelines so I had to wait another 10 days. When I got my glasses they gave me readers rather than the glasses i ordered. If you need glasses don’t go here they’re better places than this. Targets quality has gone way down. I’ll never go there again.
It's been three months, and they still can't make my glasses right. Ultra-thin lenses are coming back like Coke bottle, lenses. Now, my oh and personal frames are ruined because they accidentally scratched up one of my lenses. They have an excuse for everything. I'm so disgusted.This is not a professional place to get your glasses. The eye doctor she is absolutely amazing. But I don't want to hear a computer is making my lenses anymore, and they have every excuse possible. I'm 57 years old. I've been wearing glasses since the eighth grade. I think I'd know the difference between ultrathin Lenses. Also, if I gave you a pair of my personal glasses that have clip on sunglasses, or why did you make those progressive lenses?? I'm so upset and wasting time. Just picked them up, scratched up horrific job..

Not only the doctor, but the service staff here at the Hagan Ranch location are phenomenal. Takes their time to answer questions, make sure you’re comfortable with your purchase, everything fits when you pick up your glasses. They’re friendly & professional all in one. Will continue coming back! The doc also deserves a shout out on her extreme patience for a new time progressive needing client as to ensure we were going the right route for me & explaining all my options thoroughly 🙌🏼🫶🏼
