I had a great experience at Target Optical in Port Orange. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The eye doctor was very professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. I was especially impressed with how helpful everyone was in explaining my prescription and helping me get prescription lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. Even without insurance, they took the time to go over my options and made the whole process easy to understand. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Target Optical in Port Orange to anyone looking for an eye exam or new glasses. Over a year ago, I purchased three pairs of prescription glasses from Target Optical. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward experience turned into a frustrating one. Everything seemed fine until I went to pick up my glasses. As soon as I tried on the first pair, I could immediately tell something was wrong. The staff compared the lenses to the prescription that Dr. Jordan had written and discovered the prescription in the lenses was completely different because it had been entered incorrectly. I then had to wait another two weeks for that pair to be remade. The second issue involved the other two pairs that were ordered at the same time. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked the technician to verify that those prescriptions were correct, and I was assured that everything was fine. However, after wearing them, I knew something wasn’t right. When I returned with my concerns, I was repeatedly told that there was nothing wrong with the glasses and that my eyes probably just needed time to adjust. Still concerned, I took all three pairs to another optical retailer to have the prescriptions checked. They confirmed that all three pairs had different prescriptions. By that point, I was told by target optical there was nothing that could be done because too much time had passed. I ended up wasting a significant amount of money on glasses that I couldn’t use. This experience was extremely disappointing. I expected greater attention to detail and better customer service, especially after raising my concerns multiple times.

This by far is the best experience I've had in my lifetime. I recommend 100%. I'll be back if I need any services in the future.

Dr. Bleecker is fantastic! She helped me address some eye issues I didn’t completely understand. She gave me some options to address those issues and these were products she had tried herself to make sure of the quality before recommending them. So great to see a medical doctor try things before recommending to ensure they actually work. Randy was amazing! He helped me choose which frames to get by showing me the best options for the style I wanted. I am very happy with the level of care and friendliness he gave.
