Absolutely a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! From the front desk to the interaction and exam with Dr. Kristen Wilgers the Optometrist!!! I haven't been to an eye dr in awhile and everyone here was easy going...non pressure and a joy....very perfesssional staff...clean office and easy to get to....Please go ahead and make that appt.. you will enjoy this office!!! Everyone at Total vision was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wilgers took an exceptional amount of time to do my refraction and look at all my films for my Eye health. She gave me several choices to correct my vision and acknowledged all of my needs. I would recommend everyone in this practice and also the technician who helped me fit for contacts. I thank them for their expertise. I would definitely recommend Dr Wilgers To all my family and friends.
Had a New pt exam , very helpful staff, laurie from front desk was amazing helping out with insurance, Dr.Wilgers was amazing during my exam and very thorough, I appreciated the explanation behind everything, felt like they really cared for my vision . Loved this place and their great Optical selection! will be coming back!!
I'm almost 71 years old & had my first visit today with Dr. Kirsten Wilgers. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, kind & patient! In addition to that, she has a wonderful personality. Bubbly, funny & sweet. I'm so happy that I chose her. All of her office personnel were equally as polite & well trained. I highly recommend Dr. Wilgers with a 5 star rating!
