The service was excellent, and the location was spotless. The doctor thoroughly explained the results, and the staff was incredibly patient in helping me choose my frames while providing detailed information about the different types of lenses, all without feeling rushed."
Worst experience today. I have been coming to this location for the last 3 years with no issue. Today I showed up to my appointment only to be told it was canceled. Meanwhile I confirmed my appointment with the link through the text. I received a missed call with an incomplete voicemail. The gentleman tried his best to accommodate me. However the other two ladies were unfriendly and did not greet me or help at all. Once I finished my appointment I received no customer help when selecting frames and was standing around waiting for help. I ended up walking out with nothing because I did not like the unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Today will be my last day purchasing and making eye appointments at this location.
Great service. The ophthalmologist, Natalie Findlater took her time on the exam and to answer all my questions. Would come back.
Dr. Kapadia and Stephanie made the processes extremely pleasant. Stephanie even applied all discounts available for my contacts and glasses! Will be returning next year.
Amazing optical with a wonderful and helpful staff. Had a great experience for me and my sons. Very patient and friendly with the contact lens fitting!
