Extremely frustrating scheduling experience. I was searching for a new eye doctor and decided to try this location since they had same-day availability — my wife and I booked appointments for that afternoon. When we arrived at our scheduled time, we watched another patient get taken back ahead of us. If the office was already running behind schedule, why book two more appointments in that same window? And if it was a walk-in being worked in, that's even worse — don't bump patients who scheduled in advance for that exact slot. Basic scheduling and time management shouldn't be this hard for a medical office. We won't be rebooking here.

Kathi delivered next level customer service and eyeglass knowledge from the moment I walked in. She’s a masterclass in customer satisfaction. Because of her, target optical has me as a customer. Also, her co worker Tina handled other customers with excellent service. She partnered with Kathi to make my experience perfect. Thank you both

This review is specifically for Kathi. She is the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Friendly, very very knowledgeable & amazing at her job. She was patient & helpful to people walking in even though she was the only person on duty. Kathi is the cream of the crop! Top notch service!

I don't recommend this place. I lost my benefits from last year because I went here. First, they made my glasses wrong; I couldn't read. I went back to get them fixed, and the person who was there told me to leave glasses with them that they were going to fix them at no extra charge. Two weeks passed, and they didn't call me. I called, and nobody knew anything about my glasses. I paid 49 plus 221 for the glasses and lost my benefits... don't come to this place.

Went in Friday while shopping in the store for an adjustment on my glasses. I didn’t purchase them here so I didn’t know what to expect. But I will definitely be back for my new pair. The girls were super friendly and gave my glasses a free “tune-up” and even gave me suggestions to similar styles they had. They were all so personable and friendly. I could see the interaction with others as well and you can tell they enjoy what they do.
