Dr. Malak was great and she took care of our family. Maria and Yesenia were exceptional and were a very big help in choosing the right glasses for all 3 of us and were very professional and friendly. Thank you again Maria for all your help today and for making sure we were taken care of.
Dr. Shyu listened to and answered all of my questions. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the entire process was fun. I am trying contacts for the first time in 20 years, and feel great about it.
First of all, I live in Southern California & I moved up to Hayward. Came here for an exam & the intention to get both glasses and contacts. The doctor was great & was very thorough with her exam. The receptionist at the time was slightly rude about me asking questions. Also offered me a “free” polish for my glasses which she charged. Upon picking up my glasses, I find out my contacts were shipped to home, in SoCal. I don't even remember that receptionist asking if I wanted it shipped to the Target or at home. Came later in the week to check, and Alex & Kim were able to resolve the issue for me helping me to receive a new order within a week. I appreciate those specific 2 & the Dr. I was originally going to leave a 2* review, but today's visit changed that.
Dr Najla is amazing! You can really tell she cares. Will definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with Zanner. He was very patient and kind, and did a great job cleaning my glasses. I really appreciated his help!
