My husband and I recently visited for the first time after being long-time Sam’s Club Optical members, and all I can say is—we wish we had made the switch sooner! Dr. Kirt Bui was absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire exam. We also had the pleasure of working with LP Pineda, the optical team leader, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The level of customer service we received was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. This wasn’t just an eye appointment—it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. LP was awesome, friendly, and very efficient. This optical dept is always welcoming and no rushing to pick out your frames. Dr Bui is also very friendly and professional. He guides you along as he does all the necessary eye tests with his machines. I always go here for my glasses and my yearly exam. They are also always good at informing you of any discounts or promotions they have going on.

LP yave me excellent customer service. I had come in a fews ago asking if the nose piece could be fixed and the person at that time said my nose piece is too small amd they don't make them anymore. LP foumd the right piece, filled in a screw that was missing and helped realign my lense. Very greatful to her, now I can see better.

The Doctor was very detailed and thorough with the exam. LP helped correct my current glasses and was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me on a new pair that would work best and went over the post exam "technology" so I could understand how optimized my glasses would be compared to my current ones.
