Target Optical

I dropped into the Luxottica Optical Center in Target today, totally unannounced hoping to have my glasses adjusted because the arm of my frame was super wiggly and the screw kept loosening to the point of almost popping out no matter what I did. Mind you, I didn’t get my glasses here, I ordered them online, so they’d be doing me a kind favor. The woman was so nice and explained the arm was bent but worked on my glasses anyway despite me not getting them there. She did a fabulous job repairing them in less than 5-10 minutes and was very patient and kind. I highly recommend this location and when I need new glasses, I’ll come here! Thank you for the kind service!!

I do not recommend going here. I’ve called about 20 times in the last two weeks to obtain my contact lenses and glasses prescription and no one answers. I find out they are “closed”. Then I call the optometrist office that “handles” whatever goes on in there and they say they are open. So I call back and finally speak to someone. I ask why they haven’t been answering as I’ve called numerous times and the lady on the phone says “we were closed”. I asked for my prescription to be emailed to me and they never sent it. Called again and asked and they never sent it. Called again and they said to stop by. I stop by and they are closed before the hours on their site. I am so frustrated.

The optician, Brandi, was patient and effective in researching and obtaining the allowance my vision plan provided. Had to take several steps but did not give up. Very courteous and efficient.

Brandi is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that customer is satisfied. Definitely my go to optical store.

My experience with Target Optical was exemplary! Brandi Mayes was the Optician that helped with my contac prescription. She was friendly, knowledgeable & diligent. Brandi noticed there was a problem with how my script was written and called my Eye Doctors office to get the correct information. After receiving the faxed script she noticed there was still an issue. Finally she had the correct prescription & emailed it to me so that I would have the correct prescription. I just wish my Drs. Office was as conscientious as she was. Thank you Brandi! You customer service was Excellent!!!
