Dr Vo is great!!! I had an excellent experience with this optometrist office. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and their communication throughout the process was thorough and professional. The level of care and attention I received truly stood out. This is hands down the best optometrist I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

after shopping around for the past few years between different optometrists Dr. Vo gave me the best exam I've ever had. Really great and considerate, same for the front desk staff. Will be back next year.

03/19/26 While everyone was very pleasant, they have charged me for a procedure that my insurance also paid and will not refund my payment of $1600.00. The office says they do not handle the refunds, but they will not give me a number to call. No one will call me back. So far it has been 3 months, and still no refund. Additionally, I paid 511.00 for new glasses that I cannot see any better than with my old glasses. They have remade the glasses once already. I do not feel comfortable going back again since they are already holding my 1600.00 hostage. Edit - the day after I posted the review someone called me from the office to tell me they were refunding the 1600.00 to my credit card. I also have an appointment to have the glasses checked. Hope to get this all resolved soon.

I am very pleased with the care, professionalism, and in depth knowledge/good recommendations, for my eye issues, at my initial appointment on 4/21/2026. I even was told about/advised on new and additional treatments that would greatly benefit my eye health now and for the future! Dr. Vo, Gretchen, and the entire office staff were great from beginning to end; very courteous, kind, efficient, and attentive! Great customer service, Dr. Vo was fantastic. So friendly, explainatory, caring. I feel I finally have the correct prescription and will continue to go to Triangle Vision from now on. The rest of the staff and assistants were fantastic, so welcoming!
