Five Stars – Target Optical SODO / Downtown Orlando I rarely write reviews with this much emphasis, but my experience at Target Optical in SODO / Downtown Orlando was exceptional enough that I sincerely hope this reaches district leadership and the executive team at Target Optical. Camilla, the Manager of Target Optical, is the reason I am writing this review. Whatever Target is paying her, it is not enough. She stepped in with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care, answering my questions in a way that immediately made me feel comfortable purchasing through Target Optical. She explained the lenses and options clearly, shared her own experiences, and made the entire process feel honest, helpful, and personable. Camilla is exactly the type of leader every customer-facing company should want representing their brand from the moment a customer walks in until the moment they leave. She is the single-handed reason I will recommend Target Optical to my friends and family. If she has not already asked for a raise, she absolutely should. Alejandro was also excellent. He helped me order my Meta Gen 2 glasses and was incredibly helpful, personable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Dr. Amy Lauer was calm, kind, and efficient. She made the exam feel comfortable and welcoming, almost like being helped by family. As a business owner with a packed schedule and daily meetings, I truly appreciated how quick, smooth, and professional the entire visit was without ever feeling rushed. This team delivered the kind of experience that builds real trust in a brand. Camilla, Alejandro, and Dr. Lauer made Target Optical stand out in a major way, and I truly hope Target corporate recognizes the incredible talent they have at this location.
