Absolutely the best optometrist I have ever met. Dr. Kennedy is amazingly thorough, kind and professional. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does.

I didn’t know this location had Optical service. When I arrived I was greeted. Everyone was nice and helpful. The doctor seemed knowledgeable. They had a great selection of frames. They even offered to order the ones I was looking for because they was not in stock.

I booked an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, yet I still waited over 40 minutes before being told they didn’t know how much longer I had to wait. When I asked about the delay, I was told that each eye exam takes a different amount of time. While I understand that appointments can vary, I’ve had several eye exams at other offices and have never experienced a wait this long after arriving early for a scheduled appointment. I had no choice but to leave after waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, several patients who arrived after me were called in before I was. No one could provide a clear explanation, nor did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. If you value your time and expect your appointment to be respected, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The. Staff is over friendly but not sufficient at all. They do not understand or want to understand the customer needs. I keep trying to explain to them that my glasses I cannot read fine print and that goes over their head. I try to explain I am farsighted not nearsighted. They only concern about the distant. This a problem with my eye exam and no one want to admit it. What can I do?

Great customer service and nice front desk she helped me fix my glasses to make them fit tighter
