Target Optical

I want to leave this review to recognize the excellent customer service at the optical department inside the Vineland Target (11619 Dario Pl, Orlando). I went in to get the screws tightened on my glasses, and the service I received from Ms. Teresa and Ms. Mari was spectacular. They were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from the very start. It is so refreshing to encounter people with such a great dedication to service. Thank you both so much for fixing my glasses perfectly! Highly recommended if you want top-quality service at this Vineland location.

Teresa seriously was amazing! We had tried to go to multiple optical places prior with not good customer service. She truly made our trip better and was so welcoming and kind! HIGHLY recommend!

While on vacation, I accidentally stepped on my glasses and the arm bent. The wonderful staff at Target Optical repaired the arm at no cost and was super friendly and very courteous. Would highly recommend! Job well done !

Andy is amazing! He was very generous and went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a tight spot and he had nothing to gain. I observed his interactions with some other patients while I was there as well, and he's friendly, helpful, and anxious to go above and beyond with all his patients. He will give you exceptional care at a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend this location if you're needing optometry services.
