Great Experience!!! My Ray Ban Meta Glasses went out and wasn’t charging and the case had stop working. Little did I know the previous target on Moreland Ave didn’t add my insurance. Mrs. Alicia Rice the store manager came to my rescue she deemed the glasses not working under the Ray Ban insurance claim and granted me a brand new pair. I was SPEAKLESS. I highly recommend Target Optical Peachtree City Ga.
The lady who took care of me deserves 6 stars! She stayed open past 7pm tonight, just so I could pick up my glasses. That level of customer service truly goes above and beyond. I really appreciate her kindness and dedication! And I will be back.
Shelby went above and beyond with Customer Service and helping us to find a glasses case to protect my granddaughter’s softball sunglasses. It is wonderful to run into someone that has such terrific customer service skills. Thank you, Shelby.
Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I prematurely rated 5 stars before finalizing my business with Target Optical. While my experience wasn't the worst (the staff and doctors were very nice). My main issue/concern is when I finally finalized my prescription, I was not given a copy, and when I received my lenses, they were not properly labeled to identify which lens is for the Right/Left eye (totally necessary due to having different reading power). Also, I have a slight issue with the doctors being remote. Typically, it is a great option, however, if you have to come back you are not guaranteed to see the same Dr. (and I'd like to see the same doctor, unless there's an issue with the previous doctor). It's a little difficult for the next doctor to provide a proper assessment from the previous doctors observation (so you kind of have to start over). Nevertheless, overall I will say they are okay, but have room for improvement. Subtracted 2 stars.
Shelby and Alisha are amazing here 100% recommend. As a very picky person when it comes to my glasses they helped me find the perfect frames for my face.
