The initial experince was rocky but I have to say that working with Ti was amazing. I hope i am spelling her name right. She stepped in and took care of ordering my contacts with professionlism and a sense of urgency. She would be the reason i would order from Target Optical again.
All around great experience. This was my first time at an eye clinic. Staff were kind and friendly. Doctor was patient and informative taking time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Target Optical
I had a very frustrating experience at Target Optical today. I scheduled an appointment for a simple eye exam, something I’ve done there in previous years without any issues. However, this time the staff member insisted that I couldn’t proceed with just a basic eye exam and tried to pressure me into getting an additional exam that I neither wanted nor needed. I clearly explained that I was only there for a standard eye exam and did not want to pay for any extra services, but she continued to push, saying it wasn’t an option. Because of this, I wasn’t able to complete my appointment at all. This ended up being a complete waste of my day off, not to mention the time and money spent on gas to get there. It’s very disappointing that something that used to be simple and straightforward has now become complicated and feels more like a sales push than a healthcare service. I won’t be returning after this experience
I would like to give a big shout out to an employee named Ty in your Tinley Park location who provided me with superb customer service. Even though the store was getting ready to close, she took her time and answered all of my questions and was able to resolve my issue. Her attitude was very pleasant and she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. It working was a pleasure working with her!!!!
The eye doctor Rabia Yaqub was very knowledgeable and informative. The service was great too, Ty was able to help me look at my frame options and understand what was available through my benefits.
