I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical thanks to Sandy. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Sandy took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience easy and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate her assistance. Target Optical is fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated as Sandy.

My son and I went to this location, due to new job/new insurance, with very mediocre expectations…I am writing this to commend this location and staff (don’t remember names) for outstanding customer service!!!! Knowledgeable of frames/lenses; warranty, and also how and exactly what was covered under my insurance plan! KUDOS!! To these ladies on doing it right! You have won us both over as customers! What a great experience! THANK YOU!!!

Thank you Sandy for being on point!!! She picked out my glasses on the 1st try. Sandy was very professional, humorous and knowledgeable of the products & insurance. Explained the special offers that were going on and extremely patient with me when it came to prices. Definitely coming back next year.
